Legault says no public funds will be given for potential pipeline

Quebec’s premier says there will be no public funding for a potential pipeline project in the province. He is clarifying his stance after saying last week that a pipeline is now more socially acceptable.  A new poll also suggests Quebecers would be in favour of such a project.
