Doug Ford proposing changes to strengthen Ontario’s bail system

Premier Doug Ford introduced proposed measures to crack down on crime and deliver harsher penalties to criminals in Ontario.  During today’s announcement he also criticized the judicial system for being too lenient at times and called on the federal government to do more for community safety as well.  Jaden Lee-Lincoln has the details.
